Docket was launched in 2018 after having vast experience with customer relations management (CRM) tools that weren’t user-friendly. Instead, they were cumbersome and by the time you picked all your needed features your monthly bill was extremely high. We're obsessed with building a simplified product with no pricing surprises but meets all your needs in our one plan. Our goal is to create a tool that people will love to use—one that’s fast, beautiful, responsive and makes your life easier.
Two men with entrepreneurial mindsets, Brian and Dan met while working at the Department of Defense developing software. They eventually decided to venture out of software development to start flipping houses as a side hustle and it was there that they saw a great need for a way to communicate more effectively with various service workers. After learning about CRMs people were using and that most were unhappy with its performance, they used their knowledge to create a CRM that would simplify the way teams communicated, managed equipment, tracked employees and completed projects. Brian and Dan’s commitment to the Docket team is shown through their countless hours of building a tool that is both customizable and user-friendly – making your life easier!
